The Vernet Behringer HDV lines are specially designed for drilling, milling and marking rectangular tubes and profiles from 40 x 40 mm to 1,000 x 450 mm section, on 3 or even 4 sides. They can be combined with a band saw and/or a shearing unit. These lines offer a unique versatility on the market.

• Maximise the use of your machine
  suitable for processing small angles (especially when using the optional shears), square tubes from 40x40 mm and H-profiles up to 700 mm width and more! Possibility of processing steel profile systems for doors and windows.

• Increase your production capacity
  Up to 60% faster than conventional drilling machines – thanks to the additional X-stroke of 200 mm on all three drilling units. This allows simultaneous drilling on the wings and in the web at different positions. With a spindle speed of up to 4,000 rpm and high torque, the HDV is ideal for powerful carbide drilling.

• High-performance spindle motors
  A belt drive between the motor and the machining spindle ensures very high torque at the spindle, even with lower motor power.

  The HDV uses an average of 50% less installed power than competing products, while delivering equivalent or even superior performance.
